Our focus areas

The revered Shri. Shivajirao Ramchandra Ghoman Cultural Foundation aims to teach skills that make socially disjointed elements lead a useful life, staying self-sufficient. Activities include: imparting skills to those in the unorganized sector (domestic workers, garbage collectors, laborers, drivers, street vendors) for their economic and educational prosperity, as well as achieving health and social harmony.

The foundation, with its diverse objectives, has been established with a vision to honor outstanding individuals annually in the fields of sports, culture, and education.

The foundation has been established keeping such various objectives in mind. Three awards are given annually by the organization. This award is given to organizations who have done remarkable work in the fields of sports, culture and education.

To teach and train the unorganized elements of the society in skills that will make life useful and stand on their own feet.
To achieve harmony, health, education and financial security for the unorganized sections of the society.
Work on Economic growth and education of people living in unorganized sector. (domestic workers, garbage pickers, porters, handcart drivers, street vegetable vendors)
